Broken: Thermostat. Even the fancy preprogramed digital ones, broken. I know they work, but they are broken. They don’t provide what we want from a thermostat.

What we want to do is manage the temperature in our homes so that we can save money and consume less. The solution we have does not capitalize on our current opportunities. Why has someone not built a wifi enabled thermostat yet? You could have all the preprogramed functions but it could also be controllable remotely via your home network and your phone via email, or webpage, or text. That would be great!

Please let me know when this gets built or better, I’d love to be part of the development process. I’ll be the first to buy and try.
