Between Idea and Post

I've often had a great (in my humble opinion) idea for a blog post and then NOT posted it. If you're like the vast and wide majority of people I've talked to and they are like the rest of the population... many people have this happen. What a loss?
My mind spins when considering all the expertise and knowledge that is not yet indexable because it's not easy to share it in a fashion that is indexable. Is this a next challenge? Google has their amazing algorithms... they are even magical in their efforts and emotional response they provoke by giving us what we want or did not know we wanted or just some information that will fit... but there is a vast and rich quantity of expertise in the heads of experts that if they are standing in front of you will gleefully share that is also markedly not in the index.
How can we bridge the gap more adequately between idea and post for the experts among us? How can we do it for each other? How?
